Enrolments, billing, the week's planning, the register. And, off those very same records, a development file every player and family can open.
The problem
Who enrolled, who paid, who turned up: everything a club records stops at the office door. Everything a coach knows stays in their head. Neither one ever reaches the player.
You mark who's there because you have to: fees, make-ups, the parent who asks. Then it goes nowhere. The only record of what a kid actually did this term gets used once and filed.
Your head coach plans the term properly. It reaches the other coaches as a conversation, a photo of a whiteboard, a message on Sunday night. When they leave, it leaves with them.
No history of what they've trained. Nothing that shows a season adding up. The one thing that would make a fourteen-year-old take it seriously is invisible.
They drop off, they pick up, they get a fee notice next term. Nothing in between tells them their kid is getting better. So at re-enrolment, they're guessing too.
What it does
A club has always had to run itself. It has never been able to show what a player actually did. 2ACE does both, off the same records, because the second one only works if it costs nobody an extra minute.
Run the club
Follow the development
Nobody enters anything twice. That is the whole design.
Who it is for
One person builds the term. Everybody else opens something that is already there. That is the only reason the second half of this ever gets filled in.
The club
Opens the money and the roster.
What's owed, which squads are short, what came in this month. And families who can see the year say yes to the next one.
The head coach
Builds the term. Once.
It lands on every coach's week on its own. When a coach leaves, the program stays.
The coaches
Open a week already built.
The session on the phone at the net, one drill per screen, the register in three taps.
The families
Open their child's term.
The sessions, the drills, the note the coach left. No need to ask how it's going.
The players
Open their own file.
Hours on court, sessions done, what they worked on, their rating. It is theirs, not a report about them.
One club, one week, from both sides. Every name, court and dollar on these screens came out of the database. Nothing is drawn in.

Why 2ACE
Who's behind it
2ACE wasn't designed in a boardroom. It was designed on court, by a coach who got tired of watching good coaching disappear into notebooks.
How it works
We show you the actual product, running. Not a slide deck. Bring your hardest scheduling problem.
Send us your squad lists and we import players, families and schedules for you. Setup takes 30 minutes, not weeks.
One term, zero cost, your whole junior program. If your coaches don't want to keep it, you walk away.
We onboard a handful of clubs each term so every pilot gets our full attention. 5 pilot spots remaining for Term 4.
No commitment. 20 minutes. We show you the actual product.
